Does cold weather makes a woman's hair flatter and limp, or bigger? Especially after permanent

i dont really know about poerm but i have SUPER,SUPER,SUPER. thick hair! and when i staighten my hair during the cold weather it makes my hair AMZING!!

It depends greatly on the humidity. I have natural curly hair,and i live in South Texas. High humidity--frizzy---low humidity---flatter and straighter..............
