Do you think that straightening or blow-drying is worse for your hair?

I can do either if I dont let it go natural, and they both look good, so I was just wondering if anyone knows which is MORE damaging if i had to choose one. THanks!!

straitning is because u are directly applying heat to your hair and most gurls finish it off with a chemical but a blow dryer can be bad if you do it way to often with no conditioning. its just like stikking ur head out a car window on a hot summer day. so stik with blow drying it doesnt fry your hair at all and dove shampoo, pantten, tresseme or organic tee tree is really good to rejuvinate your hair.

i'd say straightning is definitley more...try straightening your hair with the blowdryer dusnt work as much but its healthier then a flat iron.

if your straightening with a iron thenn thats really bad it better to blow dry but make sure the blow dryer has the tip thing on it where u can hold the brush to it without it touching the dryer

straightening is more damaging but if you use it in the right way it should not damage you hair so much,then of course you have to give it a break and condition your hair too so if you could alternate these and say give your hair a break too it would be good.
