Anyone had their hair straightened with the japenese/yuko thermal regeneration??
it works. and it's great if that's what you want, super stick-straight hair.
however, if you occasionally like to curl your hair, be warned, because your hair won't curl well at all afterwards.
and like any chemical service, there is some damage to the hair involved, so make sure you go to a stylist that specializes in the yuko straightening. there is a girl in my salon who specializes in yuko, and she does a great job, but there are other people out there who don't know what they are doing. do your research before you make an appointment.
also, it's not advisable to do the yuko straightening if you've bleached your hair.
